Do I pay you or the restaurant?
You have both options. Order and pay at the restaurant yourself and we’ll pick it up, or send us your order and we’ll buy it for you. You pay us after delivery, or online.
How long does food delivery take?
Average delivery time is 30–50 minutes, and we do our best to deliver within 30 minutes or less.
Can you deliver from a restaurant that isn’t on any app?
Yes. Tell us the restaurant and your order and we’ll pick it up for you.
I ordered the wrong item. How do I fix it?
Text 778-598-2222 or call us before the driver picks up your order and we’ll correct it.
Can I split the payment?
Yes — you can pay with multiple cards. An extra $1 may be charged for each additional card, depending on the total.
